First of all, I would like to thank Udo for being a great communicator. He gave me all updates I needed to know about what I am about to purchase. I bought a refurbished Sage Oracle Touch machine, and I was concerned about what I am going to get. The machine has few scratches behind the front grill, but the machine works like a new one. The machine was well packed, and It was delivered to Kuwait. It took about 1 week for the machine to arrive after being dispatched from Udo's store. I am so happy with my purchase. Hi, I have two questions; I have a problem with getting long enough processing time for the coffee. I have now set the grinder to 7, but the coffee starts to flow already after 6 seconds. and the coffee tastes a bit like water. The second question is that the different pre settings are a bit strange successbecause they all deliver very diluted coffee drinks. I bought the Walnut color, the quality is extremely good. Wood texture give very natural look and feel. Color are highly matched between the parts. Highly recommend!
