This is our interpretation of a really good caffè, an Italian espresso. The element of robusta creates a nice, bittersweet chocolate taste and gives an extra good impression in the character.
The coffee changes a little with the seasons, even if we try to keep an even style - milk-friendly, creamy and a bitterness that mixes with the flavors instead of being distinct.
The Outsider hides no bitter truths, we have only roasted beans from the best organic farms and cooperatives we can find.
