On our journey through southern India we found the biodynamic farm Poab's. The farm is located high in the mountains and is run as a closed cycle where everything is taken advantage of. The taste is full-bodied and well-balanced with wonderfully sweet tones. Carefully roasted! - Iron Roastery
About Järna Rosteri
At the roastery out in Järna, we roast every week to always deliver freshly roasted coffee. The process is simple and everything is done by hand. We do not want to bother about it, it's all about a good raw material that we develop through roasting!
The raw coffee we roast comes from organic and biodynamic farms from all over the world. Biodynamic coffee farms are run as a closed cycle where you do not grow more than the farm itself can bear. All plant waste is composted and then used as nutrients for new plantings.
